M-DIARY is a java application with a unique Interactive User Interface. Interactive messages are pushed to the user via SMS, with specific event information such as Event Previews, Updates and Special Features. The application is also suitable for mobile ‘Magazine’ style messaging, delivering a regular update of what’s happening and what’s hot in your specific world (eg: cinema, book club etc). Any range of multimedia is easily integrated into this messaging for easy download, including tones, video, and images. The cost to the user is just $0.55 per interactive message, for the receipt of first-hand priority team information , plus exclusive videos, player wallpaper and even ringtones! Users can easily subscribe in one of two ways: By ‘keyword’ text Fans text your ‘keyword’ to a nominated 199 number, or By ‘QR Code’ Fans can simply scan a unique QR Code (Quick Response) using their camera on their mobile phone. All new 3G phones now have a built-in scanner.
The application provides clients the opportunity to better engage fans on the ‘go’, to deliver ‘scannable’ mobile ticketing and promotional vouchers, to make outdoor and print campaigns interactive, or to monetise multimedia properties through a premium charge model.
