Objective: The Melbourne Victory FC is a new sporting franchise created in 2005/06 as part of the all-new Hyundai A-League national football competition. Football is taking off in Australia following the recent World Cup, and for a new Club such as Melbourne Victory, it is imperative that they capture the imagination and support of the Melbourne public from the outset.
